Mental Health Tools and Support for Graduate Students

Graduate school can be both rewarding and demanding, and it’s normal to feel stressed or anxious along the way.

Emory’s Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS) offers a range of resources to help you navigate these challenges, including practical tips, guided exercises, and advice on when and how to seek support.

Your mental health matters and finding the right support can make all the difference. Visit the CAPS Mental Health Resources page for access to a collection of online wellness tutorials covering topics such as stress management, self-compassion, sleep, and more.

As you explore, keep in mind that mental health is shaped by many factors—biological, social, and environmental—and everyone’s experience is unique. What works for one person may not work for another, so take your time and choose the resources that feel right for you.
