A Workshop on the Impact of Constitutional Frameworks on Crisis Response Capacity: A Comparative Study of the United States and South Africa

Marais (University of the Witwatersrand) received a grant from the Halle Institute for Global Research for their project, "The Impact of Constitutional Frameworks on Crisis Response Capacity: A Comparative Study of the United States and South Africa." Their grant-funded project commenced last summer and has continued throughout the academic year with local and international discussion sessions. The first international workshop under the grant will be held at Emory Law this June.
