Students
Each MDP cohort includes an average of 12 to 18 students, a size that facilitates an interactive and customized learning experience. The MDP program strives to recruit students with different backgrounds and experiences, a diversity that enables students to learn from one another through class discussions and teamwork. They often include former volunteers, veterans, and professionals (including teachers, lawyers, engineers, health workers, human resource managers, graphic designers, and a veterinarian!).
