PDS Reports

Submit PDS Report through LaneyConnect:

The following files below may be used only for PDS applications approved in AY22-23 or earlier. For applications approved in AY23-24 to the present, students will submit the PDS Report through LaneyConnect by clicking the button above. No separate PDF Report files will be necessary.

PDS Reports of applications approved in AY22-23 or earlier: Download the appropriate PDF file below, complete the Report form, and submit everything as ONE PDF FILE to your designated program staff person (usually the program administrator). They will certify the information you have included in your PDS Report, sign the form at the bottom, and they should submit it as ONE FILE to: LGS.profdev@emory.edu. We will retain these older report files for records and when necessary update the historical record of such applications.

The status of PDS Reports of applications approved in AY22-23 or earlier will display as "NA" on LaneyConnect. This does not mean that your Report does not exist. As long as you followed the instructions indicated above, then you will be eligible to apply for PDS applications in future cycles.
